Responsibilities
- Design and develop wiring harness/cable assembly installations for air vehicles.
- Work independently and as part of a multi-disciplined team.
- Collaborate with aircraft structure, equipment installation, hydraulics, and manufacturing teams.
- Facilitate design reviews with stakeholders to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Attend technical exchange meetings and program milestone reviews.

- Position may be filled as either an Electro-Mechanical Design Engineer or Principal Engineer based on qualifications.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline.
- 2 years of engineering experience for Electro-Mechanical Design Engineer.
- 5 years of engineering experience or Master’s degree with 3 years for Principal Engineer.
- Ability to maintain a government secret clearance.
- Experience with 3D design tools (e.g., NX, Catia V5, ProE).
- Knowledge of wire harness design and routing principles preferred.
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to manage diverse assignments.
