Responsibilities
- Support design requirements for electrical power generation, conversion, and distribution systems.
- Conduct system/component design and development activities, including trade studies and layouts.
- Plan and execute system-level tests, including verification and data processing.
- Ensure requirements are met for airworthiness criteria through evaluations.
- Collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Attend technical exchange meetings for progress updates.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with diverse assignments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline with 8 years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 6 years of experience.
- Experience in electrical design for air vehicles.
- Active DoD Secret clearance or higher.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
- Preferred experience with military aircraft subsystem development.
- Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Active DoD Top Secret clearance is a plus.
