Responsibilities

  • Support design requirements for electrical power generation and distribution systems.
  • Conduct system/component design and development, including trade studies and layouts.
  • Plan and execute system level tests, verification, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure requirements and airworthiness criteria are met through evaluations.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplined team and attend technical exchange meetings.
  • Act as the technical point of contact with suppliers for hardware development.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with diverse assignments.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline and relevant experience (2 years for Electrical Engineer, 5 years for Principal).
  • Experience in electrical design for air vehicles.
  • Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
  • Preferred experience with military aircraft subsystem development and component analysis.
  • Familiarity with MIL-STD-704 is a plus.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong collaborative and communication skills.
