Responsibilities
- Develop mathematical algorithms for mode/sensor implementation.
- Create software for modeling system behavior in real-time and simulations.
- Gather input from stakeholders and communicate results to leadership.
- Lead technical teams in peer reviews throughout the product lifecycle.
- Conduct mission engineering activities to ensure system performance meets operational capabilities.
- Assess the performance of new systems against cost and mission requirements.
- Evaluate operational effectiveness of existing and emerging systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university.
- Active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR/SAP).
- Relevant professional/military experience in Engineering (2 years for Radar Electronics Engineer).
- Preferred skills in MATLAB, C/C++, Python, and understanding of Radar Systems.
- Strong collaboration and technical writing/communication skills.
- Current active in-scope U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance is a plus.
