Responsibilities

  • Develop mathematical algorithms for mode/sensor implementation.
  • Create software for modeling system behavior in real-time and simulations.
  • Gather input from stakeholders and communicate results to leadership.
  • Lead technical teams in peer reviews throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Conduct mission engineering activities to ensure system performance meets operational capabilities.
  • Assess the performance of new systems against cost and mission requirements.
  • Evaluate operational effectiveness of existing and emerging systems.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university.
  • Active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR/SAP).
  • Relevant professional/military experience in Engineering (2 years for Radar Electronics Engineer).
  • Preferred skills in MATLAB, C/C++, Python, and understanding of Radar Systems.
  • Strong collaboration and technical writing/communication skills.
  • Current active in-scope U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance is a plus.
