Responsibilities
- Drive team execution of technical tasks in alignment with department objectives.

Job Requirements
- Proven track record of collaborative leadership in the medical device sector.
- 8+ years of experience in medical devices.
- 3+ years of experience leading technical teams.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Deep knowledge of design controls, risk management, NPI, and FDA quality system regulations.
- Process-driven mindset with capabilities in building teams and best practices.
- Strong project management skills to drive high execution performance.
