Responsibilities
- Lead or contribute to the design and development of mechanical components and systems for nitrogen fertilizer production equipment.
- Perform detailed engineering calculations, simulations, and analyses to validate designs and ensure reliability.
- Develop and maintain engineering documentation using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Collaborate with manufacturing and supply chain partners for manufacturability and quality assurance.
- Plan and execute testing and validation of prototypes and finished products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mechanical systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative team environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in mechanical engineering.
- Expertise in thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and statics/dynamics.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Experience with engineering analysis tools (e.g., FEA, CFD).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility.
