Responsibilities
- Define the long-term technology roadmap for Power Conversion and eBOS product lines.
- Serve as the primary technical authority for all engineering decisions.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a global team of 40+ engineers.
- Ensure all products meet performance, reliability, cost, and scalability standards.
- Oversee development schedules, budgeting, resourcing, and risk management.
- Act as the executive engineering representative in key customer interactions.
- Drive collaboration with external research institutions and technology partners.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 15+ years of engineering leadership experience in power conversion or electrical systems.
- Proven track record leading large, globally distributed engineering organizations.
- Deep technical expertise in inverter design and power conversion systems.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience in utility-scale solar or renewable energy product environments preferred.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
