Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams focused on autonomous mobile robot systems.
  • Define and execute the roadmap for autonomous mobile robots, including ROS-based architecture.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of motion planning algorithms and decision-making frameworks.
  • Drive integration of computer vision and LiDAR-based perception systems.
  • Architect scalable and modular autonomy stacks using ROS/ROS2.
  • Collaborate with product, hardware, and software teams for integrated robotic solutions.
  • Represent autonomous mobile robot systems in strategic planning and industry forums.

Job Requirements

  • Master's degree or PhD in a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in robotics or computer science.
  • Proven leadership in autonomy or robotics teams.
  • Expertise in motion planning, behavioral design, and ROS/ROS2.
  • Deep understanding of computer vision and sensor fusion.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling autonomous systems from prototype to production.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
