Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams focused on autonomous mobile robot systems.
- Define and execute the roadmap for autonomous mobile robots, including ROS-based architecture.
- Oversee the design and implementation of motion planning algorithms and decision-making frameworks.
- Drive integration of computer vision and LiDAR-based perception systems.
- Architect scalable and modular autonomy stacks using ROS/ROS2.
- Collaborate with product, hardware, and software teams for integrated robotic solutions.
- Represent autonomous mobile robot systems in strategic planning and industry forums.
Job Requirements
- Master's degree or PhD in a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in robotics or computer science.
- Proven leadership in autonomy or robotics teams.
- Expertise in motion planning, behavioral design, and ROS/ROS2.
- Deep understanding of computer vision and sensor fusion.
- Demonstrated success in scaling autonomous systems from prototype to production.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
