Responsibilities
- Contribute to product design and engineering development of steel frame products.
- Participate in concept development, design, and engineering for new and existing products.
- Use CAD/FEA software for mechanical/structural design and analysis.
- Engage in brainstorming sessions for future improvements.
- Solve manufacturing and production issues affecting product launches.
- Collaborate with global suppliers to validate designs and optimize production.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) during pilot testing.
Job Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, ePDM, and FEA (ANSYS preferred).
- Knowledge of GD&T standards and tolerance analysis.
- Experience in mass production manufacturing and part validation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
