Responsibilities
- Provide lead engineer function in design modification projects and engineering studies.
- Perform field visits for inspections, condition assessments, and equipment evaluations.
- Conduct occasional emergency response activities outside of normal business hours.
- Coordinate cross-disciplinary activities for project development and execution.
- Apply relevant codes, standards, and procedures to work tasks.
- Ensure engineering requirements and specifications are met through inspections and evaluations.
- Review and validate operational and revenue meter systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of five (5) years of related work experience preferred.
- Competency in the design and maintenance of electrical systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to perform engineering calculations and develop specifications.
- Knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
- Experience with electrical design or forecasting software preferred.
