Responsibilities
- Build and operate robust, scalable, and highly available infrastructures.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and TPMs across different functional areas.
- Solve problems and customer pain points using appropriate technologies.
- Promote high-quality code and engineering best practices.
- Mentor individuals and help build technical communities.
- Participate in on-call rotation and lead incident reviews.

Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in crafting complex distributed systems.
- Proficient in Java, C#, or other object-oriented programming languages.
- Proven track record in architecting and operating distributed systems.
- Experience in making architectural decisions and influencing teams.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with gRPC, GraphQL, Kafka, Cassandra, and AWS is a plus.
- Experience in developing long-term technical strategies aligning with business goals.
