Responsibilities
- Perform, lead, or facilitate engineering and transmission assessments and analyses.
- Support production cost modeling and regional market evaluations for strategic insights.
- Apply innovative simulation and analysis approaches for new initiatives.
- Lead technical analysis for project partnerships.
- Document and present findings, preparing executive summaries.
- Support siting, permitting, and licensing requirements as needed.
- Oversee consultants and engineers to support the Business Development team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields with a focus on power systems.
- Experience in transmission system analysis.
- Ability to translate complex model outputs into business insights.
- Knowledge of US power industry standards and regulations.
- Familiarity with trends in electric transmission and renewable generation.
- Strong data handling and analysis skills.
- Excellent communication skills for persuasion and credibility building.
