Responsibilities
- Architect and carry out tests to characterize the long-term performance of electromechanical assemblies.
- Design mechatronic systems for accelerated life cycle tests.
- Lead FMEA efforts to identify risks and implement corrective actions.
- Use statistical analysis methods for efficient testing.
- Present compiled data and feedback to cross-functional teams.
- Conduct failure investigations and root cause analysis on deployed systems.
- Generate and own test protocols for hardware verification and validation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, or related field.
- 2-5+ years of experience in reliability or test engineering.
- Experience designing test setups for precision machines or robotic systems.
- Knowledge of accelerated life cycle tests and statistical methods.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration across teams.
- Detail-oriented and independent with initiative in projects.
- Proven critical thinking skills in leading technical teams through investigations.
