Responsibilities
- Manage execution of work by teams and team members, providing technical direction and solutions.
- Mentor direct reports in Systems Engineering and career development.
- Supervise team members, providing goals, feedback, and recognition.
- Support new business initiatives through trade studies and customer presentations.
- Advance the product development process by providing technical support and developing tools.
- Participate in the Engineering Leadership Team to set direction and develop processes.
- Provide technical expertise to Systems Engineering and cross-disciplinary teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 7+ years of experience or MS Degree with 5+ years.
- Team/project leadership experience.
- Proficiency with DOORS requirements management tool.
- Knowledge across Systems Engineering domains.
- Critical thinking and relationship-building skills.
- U.S. DoD Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.
- Experience in Safety-Critical Aircraft Control Systems is preferred.
