Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers focused on test equipment development.
- Collaborate with the Test Equipment Site Manager to assign projects.
- Drive process compliance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct performance reviews and assist in workforce planning and hiring.
- Occasionally travel for international collaboration (5–10%).
- Contribute directly to engineering projects, applying expertise in various engineering disciplines.
- Engage in analog and digital circuit design and other technical tasks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Aerospace Engineering.
- 6+ years of broad electrical engineering experience.
- Strong technical documentation and review skills.
- Prior experience leading or managing engineering teams.
- Master’s degree in Electrical or Aerospace Engineering (preferred).
- Familiarity with engineering tools and standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration.
