Responsibilities
- Collaborate within a design and development team to analyze, design, and test electrical components.
- Support the evolution of designs and technical project planning.
- Coordinate with drafters, technicians, and vendors for electrical console designs.
- Select commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) parts for test console assemblies.
- Develop custom cable harness assemblies for test systems.
- Troubleshoot wiring schematics for electromechanical subassemblies.
- Perform Test Accuracy Ratio/Test Uncertainty Ratio (TAR/TUR) analyses on electrical signal paths.
Job Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 2+ years of experience.
- Knowledge of industry standards in wiring/harness assemblies.
- Basic knowledge of analog and digital signal conditioning.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Basic understanding of sensor/transducer applications and control systems.
- Experience with schematic capture and circuit simulation software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
