Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers and scientists to design and develop technology solutions.
- Assist in the design and testing of automated systems for clinical and commercial production.
- Support the development of process automation strategies and create documentation.
- Participate in troubleshooting existing systems and suggest improvements.
- Engage in continuous learning through team meetings and training sessions.
- Contribute to technology integration processes for efficiency and innovation.
- Additional duties as assigned to expand knowledge in applied technologies.
Job Requirements
- Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Engineering or related field.
- Strong interest in applied technologies and systems integration.
- Basic knowledge of engineering principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive learning approach.
- Preferred: GPA of 3.5, previous related experience, familiarity with programming or CAD software.
