Responsibilities
- Define, improve, and support overall Process and Product Flow.
- Resolve quality and efficiency issues at the component level.
- Implement and control Manufacturing Documents (Work Instructions, Tool Drawings, Process Drawings).
- Support and promote a Lean Continuous Improvement environment.
- Estimate manufacturing costs and review/update time standards.
- Make recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines.
- Maintain and promote Safety and EHS compliance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience with 2+ years of related experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of Autodesk Inventor and Tool/Fixture Design.
- Experience with Oracle and Agile.
- Understanding of Product Engineering, Product Design Reviews, and ECR/ECO systems.
- Experience with BOM structure and Engineering Documentation.
- Preferred: Experience with Tubular Components, CNC Machining, TIG welding, and Mechanical Assembly.
