Responsibilities
- Maintain liaison with R&D engineering, marketing, assembly, and quality functions to meet new business commitments.
- Take ownership of new products during pilot production and drive successful project launches.
- Design and introduce production and service assembly/test fixtures and equipment.
- Configure assembly processes and material handling for lean manufacturing practices.
- Conduct testing to ensure process capability and maintain accurate manufacturing documentation.
- Provide sustaining engineering support and training to production staff.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts and ensure adherence to quality systems.
Job Requirements
- Experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.
- Demonstrated capability in Electromechanical and/or Process Engineering.
- Proficiency in 3D solid modeling software (e.g., Solid Works, AutoCad).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-driven independent thinker with a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement.
