Responsibilities
- Perform engineering activities supporting the design and manufacture of HVSD products.
- Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and design drawings.
- Create purchasing specifications for circuit breaker components and participate in vendor qualification.
- Review customer specifications and provide technical presentations.
- Prepare and maintain breaker Instruction Books (IBs) for assigned products.
- Supervise the preparation of drawings for manufacturing and customer needs.
- Lead root cause evaluations for product failures and collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with 3-5 years of design engineering experience.
- Advanced knowledge of circuit breaker technology and power transmission.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment on multiple projects.
- Proficiency in reading and creating technical drawings.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, CAD software, and ERP/MRP systems.
