Responsibilities
- Observe operations and implement process improvements at the plant location.
- Conduct ROI assessments for cost initiatives.
- Collaborate with product development and production teams for new products.
- Partner with Continuous Improvement team for process enhancements.
- Develop automation for safety and productivity improvements.
- Analyze operational data for optimization of worker and equipment utilization.
- Recommend methods to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
- Strong understanding of Continuous Improvement, Lean Methods, and Process Automation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other applicable computer skills.
- Ability to implement changes through Operations teams without direct management.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong internal and external customer service skills.
