Responsibilities
- Define and manage program scope, key deliverables, and milestones for complex robotic systems.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Proactively identify risks and issues, creating and executing mitigation plans.
- Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams to keep everyone aligned.
- Utilize tools like Smartsheet, JIRA, and Confluence for task organization and progress tracking.
- Provide status updates to leadership on timelines, milestones, and budget status.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to ensure program success.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in technical program management.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage and influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
