Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the international R&D team on product design and new concept development.
- Participate in product planning and future innovation roadmap processes.
- Engage in weekly R&D calls and follow up on action items.
- Recommend product improvements and new features based on customer feedback.
- Contribute to the intellectual property strategy for product families.
- Work with regulatory engineers to ensure product compliance.
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology assessments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.

- Experience with component and system level reliability testing.
