Responsibilities
- Collaborate with international R&D teams on product design and new concept development.
- Participate in product planning and innovation roadmap processes.
- Engage in advanced development and prototyping to assess feasibility.
- Attend weekly R&D calls and follow up on action items.
- Lead university research projects related to product categories.
- Recommend product improvements based on consumer feedback and research.
- Contribute to the intellectual property strategy for product families.
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology teardowns.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-managed.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Experience with fabrication tools and prototyping methods.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in engineering and experience with HVAC systems.
