Responsibilities
- Design and test scalable readout circuitry for topological qubits.
- Interface across teams to codesign the readout system with evolving qubit designs and control requirements.
- Document work, analyze, interpret, and present measurement results.
- Build tools and processes necessary for progress in quantum research.
- Uphold safety standards and practices and assist in defining safety protocols.

- Leverage AI tools to drive innovation and efficiency in hardware development.
Job Requirements
- Master's Degree in Physics, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in industry or research and development.
- Ability to meet Microsoft’s security screening requirements.
- Experience in RF readout techniques for solid-state qubit devices.
- Familiarity with semiconductor devices and cryogenic microwave experiments.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in an "AI-first" environment.
