Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Global Datacenter Engineering team to develop High Voltage Substation designs.
- Lead A/E consultants in the design and coordination of electrical systems.
- Manage all Electrical Substation and SCADA system designs.
- Interface with utility providers and internal teams to validate interconnection requirements.
- Oversee specification and drawing development for electrical systems.
- Conduct technical reviews of datacenter space for compliance with requirements.
- Assist Operations teams with strategic improvements for electrical systems.
Job Requirements
- Doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related field with relevant experience.
- PE licensure and expertise in High Voltage and Data Center electrical engineering.
- Knowledge of power generation, transmission, and distribution systems.
- Experience in designing mission-critical electrical systems.
- Understanding of electrical control systems and their monitoring.
- PSCAD Modeling skills for Utility Grid and Data Center builds.
- Ability to lead teams and manage complex engineering projects.
