Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Global Datacenter Engineering team on electrical High Voltage Substation designs.
- Lead A/E consultants in design and coordination of High Voltage Substation Electrical/SCADA systems.
- Manage Electrical Substation and SCADA system designs through various project stages.
- Interface with internal procurement and engineering teams to deliver solutions.
- Oversee specification and drawing development for Electrical systems.
- Conduct technical reviews of lease and colocation datacenter spaces.
- Assist Operations teams with strategic improvements for Electrical Substation systems.
Job Requirements
- Doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with relevant experience.
- Expertise in High Voltage and Data Center electrical engineering.
- Strong knowledge of power generation, transmission, and distribution topologies.
- Experience in design & engineering of mission-critical electrical systems.
- Technical knowledge of HV substations and electrical distribution system design.
- PSCAD Modeling skills for Utility Grid and Data Center builds.
- Ability to lead teams and manage complex engineering projects.
