Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of complex Cloud hardware infrastructure programs.
- Own program schedules and deliverables while identifying risks and driving resolutions.
- Drive stakeholder alignment and ensure programs are delivered on time and within budget.
- Communicate program strategy, status, and risks to senior leadership.
- Navigate and resolve complex technical and business challenges.
- Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Own product solution delivery and ensure comprehensive solutions meet customer needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering or product/technical program management.
- 3+ years experience managing cross-functional projects.
- 6 years experience managing datacenter networking switch infrastructure projects.
- 2+ years experience managing AI GPU product development.
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience in relevant fields.
- Knowledge of high-volume GPU based server design and datacenter operations at scale.
- Proven leadership and communication skills.
