Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of complex Cloud hardware infrastructure programs.
- Own program schedules and deliverables, proactively identifying risks and removing roadblocks.
- Drive stakeholder alignment and accountability to ensure timely and high-quality program delivery.
- Communicate program strategy, status, and risks to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Navigate and resolve complex technical and business challenges.
- Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement in program execution.
- Own product solution delivery, ensuring comprehensive solutions that meet customer needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
- 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
- 6 years of experience managing datacenter networking switch infrastructure projects.
- 2+ years of experience managing AI GPU product development in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and knowledge of high-volume GPU based server design.
