Responsibilities
- Manage packaging engineering, design, and validation from product discovery to launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including industrial design, engineering, and operations.
- Guide the team through packaging definition and sourcing inputs.
- Drive execution of the project schedule and manage daily program activities.
- Present program updates to leadership highlighting key information and risks.
- Implement process improvements and best practices.
- Collaborate with suppliers for packaging builds and manage travel for international and domestic needs.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of program management experience.
- Proficiency in consumer electronics design cycles.
- Experience with contract manufacturers and packaging suppliers.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
- Preferred degree in mechanical, packaging, or structural engineering.
