Responsibilities
- Establish and lead effective program teams to ensure alignment and achieve common objectives.
- Work closely with engineering, data center, hardware, and business stakeholders to define program requirements and establish scope.
- Create and implement communication strategies to proactively share program status, challenges, and risks.
- Drive successful outcomes by managing cross-functional dependencies and mitigating risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of programs, including design and implementation.
- Establish and track key metrics and performance indicators to ensure effective execution of program deliverables.
- Anticipate and evaluate complex infrastructure challenges in partnership with engineering leaders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering, hardware engineering, systems engineering, or technical product/program management.
- Knowledge of software and hardware development for large-scale readiness.
- Experience delivering complex technology programs from inception to delivery.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for large-scale systems.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical investments clearly.
- Experience building relationships across multi-disciplinary teams.
