Responsibilities
- Configure systems for scalable, operable, and maintainable use, influencing go-live decisions.
- Optimize processes to reduce administrative overhead and improve productivity.
- Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Construction teams to ensure proper system use.
- Monitor system health using metrics to ensure reliability for end-users.
- Support projects led by Program Managers and improve system deployments.
- Maintain technical documentation and manage user access requests.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely execution of contracts.
Job Requirements
- BA/BS in Information Systems, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of technical experience in construction/delivery roles.
- Proven success in deploying design/construction systems and business applications.
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional global partners.
- Preferred experience with Building Information Modeling and Data Center Construction.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Six Sigma Certification is a plus.
