Responsibilities
- Programming and operation of 3-5 axis CNC and manual machining equipment
- CNC Machining of basic to moderately complex parts in metal and plastic
- Operation of fabrication equipment such as water jet
- Interface with product engineers on part functionality and prototyping solutions
- Design for Manufacturing including CNC, Additive, and Injection Mold
- Ensure machine maintenance and shop safety
- CAD support when needed
Job Requirements
- Experience running 3-axis milling equipment
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo)
- Background in manufacturing processes including injection molding and 3D printing
- Skills in Computer-Aided Manufacturing software and CNC programming
- Experience in a rapid prototyping environment
- Ability to communicate timelines and expectations effectively
- Experience working with cross-functional partners in engineering
