Responsibilities

  • Develop partnerships with Channel and Integrated Marketers, and external agencies.
  • Drive the development of creative for Lifecycle campaigns.
  • Act as the lead point of contact for external agency partners and manage internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Program Leads to align creative projects with business objectives.
  • Optimize systems and tools to improve creative production.
  • Coordinate team communication and delivery for simultaneous channel launches.
  • Manage workflow, budgets, and approvals for projects.

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of client-facing experience in a creative agency or equivalent role.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and organizational design.
  • Skills in creative operations, problem-solving, and negotiation.
  • Familiarity with creative planning and development across major channels.
  • Experience with large-scale integrated creative campaigns.
  • Preferred: Experience with a large global tech company.
  • Preferred: 10+ years of client-facing experience in a similar role.
