Responsibilities
- Lead Mechanical Engineering workstreams for sensor integration onto wearable hardware.
- Deliver robust mechanical designs from concept to production.
- Collaborate with researchers and engineers to develop wearable architectures for AR/VR.
- Engage with manufacturers to produce high-quality devices meeting specifications.
- Develop technology and solve complex problems in hardware design.
- Translate broad definitions into mechanical designs for high-volume consumer products.
- Work cross-functionally to integrate EMG sensors into various products.
Job Requirements
- BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering or similar field.
- 2+ years of experience in 3D CAD modeling (NX, Creo, SolidWorks).
- 2+ years of experience with electromechanical sensors.
- Experience in manufacturing techniques (machining, 3D printing, injection molding).
- Knowledge of PCB/PCBA, FPC/FPCA design and integration.
- Experience in developing designs for wearable technologies.
- Preferred experience in leading suppliers in an ODM or JDM model.
