Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain benchtop instrumentation for optical modules.
- Conduct hands-on lab work to validate and optimize optical systems.
- Develop and analyze system and subsystem components for AR products.
- Handle and analyze large datasets using statistical methods and machine learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate optical systems into AR products.
- Stay updated with advancements in optics and photonics, communicating technical information effectively.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Optics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in optical design, simulation, or testing.
- Knowledge of optical materials and properties.
- Familiarity with optical metrology tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Preferred: Advanced degree in related fields and experience in optical systems analysis.
- Proficiency in data acquisition and image processing tools.
