Responsibilities
- Lead projects from concept to completion as the technical domain lead for Mechanical Engineering.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery within budget.
- Prepare and manage project contracts, proposals, and design-related deliverables.
- Hold external teams accountable for performance and deliverables.

Job Requirements
- BS in Mechanical Engineering and Registered Professional Engineer.
- 15+ years of experience in mission-critical building design and construction.
- Proficiency in design software like Revit/BIM and Bluebeam.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Understanding of industry standards and building codes.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in project management and cost estimating processes.
