Responsibilities
- Partner with internal hardware design teams from conceptual stages to high fidelity prototypes.
- Influence product design decisions to enhance miniaturization and ensure quality in manufacturing.
- Investigate and evaluate new materials and processes with vendors for project requirements.
- Advise engineers on design for assembly and manufacturability.
- Collaborate across engineering teams to solve complex problems.
- Travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in complex/miniaturized board designs.
- Proficiency in EDA tools and knowledge of PCB/FPC/RFPC processes.
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing engineering processes.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Preferred: Master’s degree and experience in semiconductor packaging and RDL technologies.
- Familiarity with industry standards and design software.
