Responsibilities
- Lead and manage teams of AI researchers and engineers for the delivery of AI/ML systems.
- Drive design, development, and deployment of complex AI solutions.
- Define and lead the technical strategy and roadmap for AI efforts.
- Foster an environment of innovation and technical excellence.
- Identify opportunities for LLM-based automation across Meta's products.
- Supervise the development of AI-centric platforms and infrastructure.
Job Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in leading Engineering teams.
- Extensive expertise in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience in building and deploying large-scale AI/ML systems.
- Strong collaboration skills across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Hands-on experience in relevant ML/AI programming languages.
- Proven ability to drive technical strategy in AI domains.
- Graduate degree preferred; experience with Agentic AI frameworks is a plus.
