Responsibilities
- Own electrical development of complex systems and ensure product quality and efficiency.
- Lead electrical architecture definition and provide technical leadership to development teams.
- Design schematics, specify components, and direct board layout.
- Communicate complex features and systems effectively.
- Understand organizational goals and drive the electrical engineering team's direction.
- Collaborate across engineering disciplines to manage trade-offs in system design.

Job Requirements
- 10+ years of industry experience in electrical design.
- BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
- Proven knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals.
- Experience with schematic and board design using relevant software.
- Familiarity with high-speed digital test equipment.
- Experience leading technical teams and cross-functional groups.
- Effective communication skills in a technical environment.
