Responsibilities
- Support the electrical system development, qualification, and system integration from concept to mass production.
- Design schematics, manage board layout, conduct design reviews, and draft documentation.
- Manage hardware bring-up and debugging processes.
- Support manufacturing and assembly builds, including failure mode analysis and root cause diagnosis.
- Collaborate closely with suppliers and cross-functional partners to align deliverables with product roadmaps.
- Communicate and partner effectively within evolving development environments.
- Work across engineering disciplines to develop systems and manage trade-offs.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in system or consumer electrical design.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals.
- Experience with schematic and board design using Cadence OrCAD or equivalent.
- Familiarity with high-speed digital test equipment and tools.
- Experience with technologies such as digital signal processing and mobile SoC.
- Preferred: 8+ years of industry experience in electrical design and experience with high volume consumer products.
