Responsibilities
- Support electrical system development, qualification, and integration from concept to mass production.
- Design schematics, direct board layout, conduct design reviews, and draft documentation.
- Manage hardware bring-up and debugging processes.
- Support manufacturing, assembly builds, failure mode analysis, and system-level problem-solving.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure alignment with the product roadmap.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and cross-functional partners in evolving environments.
- Work across engineering disciplines to develop systems and manage trade-offs.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in system design or consumer electrical system design.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals.
- Experience with schematic and board design using Cadence OrCAD or similar tools.
- Proficiency in using oscilloscopes and high-speed digital test equipment.
- Familiarity with digital signal processing, real-time image processing, or display engineering.
- Preferred: 8+ years of industry experience in electrical design and experience with high volume consumer products.
