Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test electrical systems and sensors for MR input devices.
- Create prototypes that explore input and interaction techniques in mixed reality environments.
- Iterate on prototype concepts prioritizing user-centered design.
- Collaborate with a team across multiple engineering disciplines to manage design constraints.
- Utilize electrical engineering fundamentals for circuit design and prototype validation.
- Design and integrate electrical systems, including defining architectures and conducting design reviews.
- Optimize electrical architecture for power consumption and production feasibility.
Job Requirements
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in electrical hardware design.
- Understanding of PCB layout principles and experience with Altium or Cadence.
- Hands-on experience with debugging and functional verification of electrical systems.
- Knowledge of integrating various electrical components and technologies.
- Experience with circuit simulation tools like SPICE.
- Preferred experience in consumer product hardware design and embedded system development.
