Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering and product leadership to define long-term OS platform strategy.
- Develop end-to-end program plans and influence cross-functional teams.
- Drive delivery of core OS capabilities for device software and system integration.
- Perform risk management and change management across complex programs.
- Drive internal process improvements across software engineering functions.
- Establish milestones, communicate program status, and address potential setbacks.
- Serve as an evangelist for execution excellence and operational discipline across the VR organization.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in software, systems engineering, or Technical program management.
- 10+ years of experience in building and leading TPM teams for large-scale software platforms.
- Proven experience in building and scaling TPM organizations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for relationship building.
- Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems.
- Preferred experience in delivering operating systems or platform software for consumer devices.
