Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support.
  • Experience with Tier 2 or higher ticket issue escalations.
  • Proficient in customer relations management systems like Salesforce and Zendesk.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in working independently and resourcefully.
  • Preferred experience in software or app development support.
