Responsibilities

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical support.
- Experience with Tier 2 or higher ticket issue escalations.
- Proficient in customer relations management systems like Salesforce and Zendesk.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in working independently and resourcefully.
- Preferred experience in software or app development support.
