Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and verify antennas throughout the product design cycle.
- Design antenna matching circuits and validate performance through simulations and lab testing.
- Conduct EM simulations for radio performance and emissions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to bring products to market.
- Troubleshoot EMI/EMC issues and support product certification.
- Facilitate domestic/international travel to meet program milestones.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 6+ years of experience in antenna design.
- Proficient with RF lab equipment for antenna characterization and system validation.
- Experience with EM simulation software (CST, HFSS).
- Knowledge of antenna/wireless system architecture and coexistence mechanisms.
- Hands-on experience with antenna tuning and measurement tools.
- Preferred: Ph.D. or M.S. with relevant experience, familiarity with regulatory requirements, and coding skills for data analysis.
