Lean Manufacturing Engineer

The Lean Manufacturing Engineer will report to the Vice President of Supply Chain and Production, focusing on optimizing manufacturing processes and driving lean initiatives in the production of industrial HVAC equipment.

• Optimize workforce and workflow for maximum efficiency.
• Enhance production processes through product staging and kanban systems.
• Drive factory optimization and maintain updated factory layouts.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts and foster a lean culture.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and collaborate on production planning.
• Analyze and manage resources for accurate production time estimation.
• Solve production challenges and contribute to new product development.

• Bachelor's degree in industrial, manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with sheet metal fabrication.
• Strong proficiency in manufacturing processes and lean principles.
• Competency in Microsoft Office; experience with Autodesk Inventor and CNC programming preferred.
• Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Project management skills to handle multiple projects effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration across teams.
