Responsibilities
- Creating, improving, and maintaining project management processes and templates
- Managing project schedules, meeting minutes, action items, and budgets
- Supporting engineering teams during the development and release process
- Independently managing assigned projects from planning through execution
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university program pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, or Operations
- A minimum GPA of 3.1 is required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Macros
- Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies
- Basic understanding of engineering development lifecycles (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Strong communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization
