Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the SiP team to develop block diagrams, schematics, netlists, and technical documentation.
- Support laboratory activities, including electrical measurements, troubleshooting, and validation testing.
- Develop software scripts to improve team efficiency and automation.
- Work closely with the SiP team to learn and use advanced design tools from Ansys and Cadence.
- Learn and apply the fundamentals of chip-level package design.
- Assist in hands-on lab work with electrical testing equipment.
- Communicate technical information effectively through documentation.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
- Minimum GPA of 3.1 required.
- Solid understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals.
- Familiarity with electrical schematics.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or C++.
- Hands-on experience with lab equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters).
- Strong verbal communication and technical documentation skills.
