Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the SiP team to develop block diagrams, schematics, netlists, and technical documentation.
- Support laboratory activities, including electrical measurements, troubleshooting, and validation testing.
- Develop software scripts to improve team efficiency and automation.
- Work with advanced design tools from Ansys and Cadence.
- Learn and apply chip-level package design fundamentals.
- Assist in technical documentation and communication within the team.
- Gain hands-on experience with lab equipment like oscilloscopes and multimeters.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
- Minimum GPA of 3.1 is required.
- Solid understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals.
- Familiarity with electrical schematics.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or C++.
- Hands-on experience with lab equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters).
- Strong verbal communication and technical documentation skills.
