Responsibilities
- Provide engineering support for manufacturing lines to ensure optimal operation and adherence to policies.
- Manage changing priorities and respond to challenges in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and process changes.
- Validate new components and process changes for product performance and quality.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to PCBAs and equipment.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers and team members.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant electrical engineering experience.
- Strong technical aptitude for troubleshooting PCBAs and interpreting schematics.
- Experience in validation and project management preferred.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in manufacturing or regulated industry preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to foster teamwork.
