Responsibilities
- Mentor and train project engineers on electrical system design principles.
- Lead the design and implementation of electrical projects, including distribution and emergency power systems.
- Develop and maintain technical standards for electrical engineering projects.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their electrical needs.
- Collaborate with estimating and construction teams to optimize project budgets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of direct reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
- Professional Engineer registration and ability to acquire licensure in additional states.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in designing commercial and light industrial electrical systems.
- Knowledge of electrical analysis software (e.g., SKM, EasyPower).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
