Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Conduct feasibility analysis and cost estimation for new processes and equipment.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to resolve issues.
- Lead cross-functional teams for new technologies and process improvements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Maintain documentation and generate reports on KPIs and production metrics.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in manufacturing engineering or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machining and automation.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Hands-on experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
