Responsibilities
- Identify bottlenecks in manual operations and implement rapid improvements.
- Improve workstation design, material flow, and cycle times.
- Increase output while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Develop and implement standardized work instructions.
- Establish project tracking and accountability systems for engineering initiatives.
- Identify operational risks introduced by rapid growth and improve ergonomics.
- Provide daily structure and direction to multidisciplinary teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience in manual production operations.
- Proven record of delivering measurable productivity improvements.
- Experience implementing standardized systems and developing documentation.
- Ability to mentor and provide training.
- Comfortable working directly on the production floor.
